At  ZANRAI Global , customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled. 

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period at kromglobal@gmail.com

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags attached. ,
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund. ,
  • Certain products (such as custom-made, intimate, or final sale items) are exempt from return for hygiene or production reasons. ,


Return Process

  1. Contact us at kromglobal@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. ,
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. ,
  3. Ship the items back to us within 14 days after notifying us of your return. ,

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered defective or incorrect. 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned goods are received and inspected. ,
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after the return is approved. ,
  • We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. ,


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at kromglobal@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery . We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, as applicable.
